Ab vier Stunden vor Beginn der Veranstaltung bis zum Betriebsschluss. Die Haltestellen
• Bahnhof Deutz / Messe,
• Köln-Deutz und
• Deutz-Kalker Bad
werden von den Straßenbahn-Linien 1, 3, 4 und 9 und den Buslinien 150, 153, 156, 250 und 260 angefahren und befinden sich direkt an der LANXESS arena.
Die Hinfahrt kann vier Stunden vor Beginn der Veranstaltung angetreten werden, die Rückfahrt muss bis Betriebsschluss abgeschlossen sein.
Durch die Brückensanierungen im Bereich Köln-Deutz und -Mülheim kann es zu Verkehrsbehinderungen kommen. Wir raten allen Besuchern der LANXESS arena zu einer frühen Anreise.
Von wo auch immer Sie anreisen: Durch ihre zentrale Lage im rechtsrheinischen Stadteil Deutz ist die LANXESS arena einfach zu erreichen. Folgen Sie den Hinweisschildern "Lanxess arena" und "Koelnmesse" aus Richtung Düsseldorf. Sie finden die LANXESS arena in unmittelbarer Nähe des Deutzer Bahnhofs. Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der LANXESS arena sind ausgeschildert.
Aus Richtung Düsseldorf, Oberhausen, Dortmund:
Ab Autobahnkreuz Leverkusen auf die A 3 in Richtung Frankfurt, bis zum Autobahnkreuz Köln-Ost, auf die Stadtautobahn B 55 in Richtung Köln-Zentrum, bis zur Abfahrt LANXESS arena. Der Ausschilderung folgen.
Aus Richtung Olpe, Siegen:
A4 bzw. Stadtautobahn B 55 in Richtung Köln-Zentrum bis zur Abfahrt LANXESS arena. Der Ausschilderung folgen.
Aus Richtung Frankfurt:
A 3 bis Autobahndreieck Heumar, auf A 4 in Richtung Aachen bis Autobahnkreuz Gremberg, auf die A 559 in Richtung Köln-Deutz bis zum Autobahnende.
Aus Richtung Bonn, Flughafen Köln/Bonn:
A 559 in Richtung Köln-Zentrum, -Deutz bis zum Autobahnende.
Aus Richtung Aachen, Koblenz, Euskirchen:
Ab Autobahnkreuz Köln-West auf die A4 in Richtung Olpe, Frankfurt bis Autobahnkreuz Gremberg, auf die A 559 in Richtung Köln-Deutz bis zum Autobahnende.
Aus Richtung Krefeld, Neuss:
A 57 bis Autobahnende, dann B 55 in Richtung Zoobrücke, Autobahnkreuz Köln-Ost, bis Abfahrt LANXESS arena.
Parkmöglichkeiten:
Die Parkhäuser P1 bis P4 der LANXESS arena sind ausgeschildert. Sie erreichen die Zufahrten über ¬ unter der LANXESS arena im Tunnel gelegene ¬ Opladener Straße. Stadteinwärts Zufahrt zum P1/P3, stadtauswärts Zufahrt zum P1/P2. Über die Gummersbacher Straße erreicht man das P4 sowie den Busparkplatz P5. Die max. Durchfahrtshöhe beträgt 1,90 m.
Wichtige Information
Die Parkgebühr der Arenaparkhäuser beträgt 2,- € pro Stunde (Parkhaus KölnArcaden ab 1,00 €/Std.), die vor Verlassen der Parkhäuser an den jeweiligen Kassenautomaten oder an der Parkhausaufsicht – in der dritten Ebene des Parkhauses 1 – zu entrichten ist. Sie haben jedoch auch die Möglichkeit, bereits im Voraus an den Kassenautomaten den sogenannten "Arena-Tarif" von pauschal 6,50 € zu bezahlen. So umgehen Sie eventuell anfallende Wartezeiten an den Kassenautomaten nach Ende der Veranstaltung. Sie haben dann die Möglichkeit mit dem bezahlten Ticket bis drei Stunden nach der Veranstaltung auszufahren. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der "Arena-Tarif" nur bei öffentlichen Veranstaltungen gewährt wird.
Elektroauto-Ladestationen Im Parkhaus 1 befinden sich sechs Ladepunkte auf der Ebene 5 auf den ungeraden Stellplätzen zwischen Nr. 23 bis 33. Im Parkhaus 2 befinden sich vier Ladepunkte auf der Ebene 1 auf den geraden Stellplätzen zwischen Nr. 22 bis 28. Es handelt sich um Ladesäulen des Typ 2 – AC.
Umweltzone Köln
Seit Januar 2008 gibt es in Köln eine Umweltzone. Zum 1. April 2012 wurde sie weiträumig erweitert. Seitdem reicht die Umweltzone über die Kölner Innenstadt bis hinaus in die äußeren Stadtteile.
Es gelten Beschränkungen für den Autoverkehr, die schrittweise in 2013 und 2014 verschärft wurden. In der Umweltzone, die entsprechend ausgeschildert ist, dürfen seit dem 1. Juli 2014 nur abgasarme Fahrzeuge mit grüner Plakette fahren.
Die Zufahrt zur LANXESS arena ist aber auch für alle Fahrzeuge ohne Plakette gesichert.
Die LANXESS arena liegt rechtsrheinisch (Köln-Deutz). Die Parkhäuser P1 bis P4 der LANXESS arena sind ausgeschildert. Sie erreichen die Zufahrten über die unter der LANXESS arena im Tunnel gelegene Opladener Straße. Stadteinwärts: Zufahrt zum P1/P3, stadtauswärts: Zufahrt zum P1/P2. Über die Gummersbacher Straße erreicht man das P4 sowie den Busparkplatz P5.
Zugänge und Eingänge
Die LANXESS arena ist barrierefrei zugänglich: Vom Deutzer Bahnhof: entlang der Opladener Straße über eine Fußgänger- und Radfahrerbrücke, die in einen Weg zwischen Parkhaus und Mantelbebauung West mündet und zum Eingang Nord der LANXESS arena führt. Die Steigung der Brücke liegt bei unter 4 Prozent.
Von der Justinianstraße: Über die im Südbereich der Mantelbebauung West laufende Rampe zum Eingang Südwest der LANXESS arena. Die Steigung der Rampe liegt ebenfalls unter 4 Prozent, vor den dort ansässigen Geschäften ist sie darüber hinaus jeweils abgeflacht, um Ruhepositionen zu schaffen. Ferner ist auch von hier aus der oben genannte Weg zum Eingang Nord leicht erreichbar.
Von der Gummersbacher bzw. östlich der LANXESS arena verlaufenden Deutz-Kalker-Straße: Durch einen speziell für Gehbehinderte eingerichteten Fußgängertunnel, der im Südost-Bereich der LANXESS arena direkt zu den Aufzugsanlagen und den Foyerbereichen der LANXESS arena führt.
Außerdem ist im Südbereich der LANXESS arena ein so genannter Serpentinen-Weg mit geringer Steigung angelegt worden, der zu den Eingängen Südost und Südwest der LANXESS arena führt.
Parkmöglichkeiten
Behindertengerechte Parkmöglichkeiten finden Sie auf den Parkflächen der Tiefgarage P3 der LANXESS arena. Von dort können Sie den an der Nord-Ost-Seite gelegenen Aufzug nutzen, um zu jeder der vier Ebenen der LANXESS arena zu gelangen. Die max. Durchfahrtshöhe beträgt 1,90 m.
Garderoben, Toiletten und Waschräume
Unsere Garderoben stehen Ihnen auf unserer Service-Ebene, unterhalb der Hauptfoyerebene zur Verfügung. Dort können Sie Überbekleidung, Schirme und Taschen abgeben. Die Service-Ebene erreichen Sie über unseren nordöstlich gelegenen Aufzug.
Behindertengerechte Toiletten und Waschräume finden Sie in ausreichender Zahl auf allen Ebenen der LANXESS arena.
Sitzplätze
Die Plätze für unsere gehbehinderte Gäste befinden sich auf unserer Hauptfoyerebene. Von hier aus genießen Sie bei jeder Veranstaltung eine ausgezeichnete Sicht.
Sollten Sie uns mit einer Begleitperson besuchen, so stellen wir selbstverständlich einen weiteren Sitzplatz in unmittelbaren Nähe zur Verfügung.
